Terms and Conditions Agreement

1. Contract Conclusion

A binding contract is established between you and the Seller upon confirmation of your order. The Seller will send an email confirmation once the order is confirmed and shipped. Please note that the order receipt received immediately after placing the order does not serve as confirmation.

Purchases on habitat.com are restricted to private consumers only, not business customers.

2. Pricing, Taxes, and Delivery

Prices listed include VAT and other applicable taxes. The price stated at the time of order placement applies.

The Company reserves the right to correct any inaccurately listed prices on the website and to adjust prices, taxes, and other charges as necessary due to factors like changes in VAT rates or increased costs.

3. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping:

Products will be shipped to all parts of India within approximately 7-10 working days. Orders cannot be processed on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery:

  • Our delivery partners will make three attempts for delivery before returning the item to our warehouse. Please ensure accurate mobile number and shipping address details.
  • Valid ID proof may be required by our delivery partners for package delivery. Contact us at Customer@habitat.co.in for any queries.
  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately due to varying availability. Each shipment will have its own tracking number under the same order.

Return Policy

We aim for a seamless shopping experience on our website. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a hassle-free experience.

We guarantee a full refund within 7-10 working days for the following cases:

  1. Change of mind before billing: Full refund for cancellations made before invoicing.
  2. Product out of stock: Full refund for out-of-stock products.
  3. Incorrect product received: Guaranteed return for incorrect deliveries.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

Return requests for incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours may be refused.

Used/Impaired Goods

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, quality, and function.

Liability

The Company/Seller is not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events. Liability for any claims is limited to the price of the purchased product(s).

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and habitat.com regarding the matters mentioned herein, superseding all prior agreements and documents.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Gurugram for any related proceedings.

Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify any portion of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the site after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Effect of Termination

Certain provisions of these Terms will survive expiration or termination, irrespective of Company membership status.
